We have some bad news to report this month. The “Round House,” site of the original Reinhardt settlement in Carroll Township, Washington County, PA has been severely damaged by a fire. Although it has been a number of years since the Reinhardt clan moved on to their present estate, fond memories of the many alcohol-related events that took place at the Round House will live on.

The 11th of January is Cosmo’s “Gotcha Date.” That’s the day back in 2020 that Mom and Dad brought two-month old Cosmo home from the Piney Mountain Kennel in Appomattox, VA.
Bet at first glance you think this is a Christmas Tree that is way past its expiration date. Well, it’s not! It’s a “Seasonal Tree.” Like the decorations on the fireplace mantle and other places around the house, it is meant to celebrate the season (Winter!) and seasonal holidays yet to come.
