Mom really likes this time of year and always decorates the house and yard with stuff that has an “Autumnal” theme, which of course includes lots of Halloween decorations.
This Month’s News
The Washington Nationals made it to the World Series. The last time a Washington, DC team was in a World Series was 1933. The old Washington Senators lost that one to the then New York Giants. Lets hope the Nationals can win this one.
Mom and a friend drove down to Newport News, VA to transport Owen home for the Columbus Day weekend. They also spent some time touring Colonial Williamsburg and Historic Jamestowne during their travels. Mom didn’t have to give Owen a ride back to CNU as he now has his own transportation. Dad is now driving the 17-year old Subaru Outback and Owen has Dad’s “old” 2016 Subaru Forester.
